What are your hours of operation?
Monday thru Friday 7:30 to 5pm.
We also have a drop box for before or after hours.
How do I get to your shop?
Urban Suburban is at 3328 Mt. Diablo Blvd, Lafayette, CA 94549
Do you have a shuttle service?
We provide pick-up and drop-off service for you and/or your car in the local area. We also provide shuttle service to/from Bart and access to car rentals.
Do I need an appointment?
Although appointments are recommended, you can drive in anytime. The earlier you drop your car off, the better.
What kind of cars do you fix?
You drive it...we fix it, BMW, Acura, Infiniti, Nissan, Mercedes, Ford, Dodge, Lexus, Honda, Subaru, Toyota - absolutely everything. ,
What happens to the parts that are taken out of the car?
All parts, tires, and fluids are recycled. Urban Suburban makes every effort to reduce waste. We don't use paper floor mats, steering wheel covers, or seat covers. Instead, after every service on your car we take it for a complimentary wash and vacuum.
