Welcome to our new blog!

Many of you know, we submit monthly articles to Lafayette Today with helpful information and some blurbs about our adventures around town and beyond! We will include our monthly submission, in addition to more on our adventures- the people we meet, the places we go, and what our customers are up to!

We will also use our blog to pass the word around about our home grown program – Green Cow Certified.  We believe in this economy, it is more important than ever to get to know the people you are doing business with, who are they, where do they come from, and most importantly are they supporting our community? So far, we have talked about clients following a Green Cow lifestyle- supporting the local economy and taking steps to live a less environmentally impacting lifestyle.  Sustainable Lafayette has provided an avenue for the people in our community to locate “Green Certified” businesses. We take that one step further to let you know who gives back to the community. Wouldn’t you rather support those who are giving back? This program is in its beginning stages as I write this.  Look for our official launch in January 2011.
